If you wish to receive appointment reminders etc to your mobile phone using text messages please contact our reception staff and give them your mobile phone number.

The Link to Patient self assessment offers the option to patients of carrying out their own self assessment using an approved questionnaire and sending this to the practice with out having to come in. The questionnaire will be reviewed by a specialist clinician. Please note that this is not a secure link service (SSL).
