New Patient Registration

registration4We welcome new patients who live within our practice area.

If you live in our practice area (which covers the NN10 post code area within the county of Northamptonshire) and would like to register with us, please complete one of our registration forms that are available from our receptionists. On the form, you will be able to say which practitioner you would prefer to see. However, you will be registering with the practice rather than an individual GP.

To register as an NHS Patient you will need to show that you have been legally resident in the UK for at least the last 6 months. When registering you will be asked to provide the following supporting documentation:

  1. Proof of identity.
  2. Proof that you are legally resident in the UK.
  3. That you have been legally resident in the UK for at least the past 6 months.
  4. That you are resident within the Practice area.

Once you have provided the appropriate documentation and completed the registration forms you application will be processed. Please note that this can take up to 5 working days.
