The Practice offers a full range of Specialist Clinics for the identification and treatment of a number of conditions. All clinics are operated by highly trained and experienced clinicians.

Clinics

Clinics are offered in the following areas:

Diabetes.
Asthma / COPD.
Heart Disease.
Well Woman clinics.
Minor Surgery.
Childhood Immunization.
Flu and Pneumococcal (Annual Clinics).

Chronic Disease Management

For Patients who are suffering from Diabetes, Hypothyroidism, Heart Disease, and Hypertension (High Blood Pressure) we have a proactive system to see patients Annually. If you suffer from any of these conditions you will be contacted annually to arrange a review appointment with a specialist nurse, after having any blood tests done (if required). You will be written to in the month prior to your birthday E.g. If you are born in July we will write to you in June.

You no longer need to make an appointment to "see about" your condition. This process will manage this for you. You need only make an appointment if you are having specific problems.
