The practice is happy to accept patients from the following area:
 | The NN10 Postcode area within the County of Northamptonshire. |
Should you wish to register with the practice please do one of the following:
| Come to reception and complete the registration form and Residence questionnaire. |
| Complete the Pre-Registration contact form and we will send you an NHS Registration form and Residence questionnaire (please be sure to attach copy supporting documents). |
| Complete the Private Patients Registration form. |
Please note that in order to register to receive NHS treatment you must be able to show that you have been lawfully resident in the UK for at least 6 months.
Also to comply with Government requirements you will now be asked to provide evidence that you have been lawfully resident in the UK for at least 6 months. Until such time that a Patients eligibility for NHS treatment is confirmed they will be treated under the Overseas visitor Provisions. If it is determined you are eligible for NHS treatment you will be able to claim a refund of any charges we have made to you (for our own charges) from the date that you became eligible.
