I have always found this practice to have very good Doctors-some of the best I have seen in fact.Very understanding,approachable GPs and nursing staff- I really don’t understand how the current rating is ‘inadequate’... that to me seems very misleading and not a true representation. The reception staff are also very friendly and polite and I always feel they are doing their best to help. I have already recommended this practice to several friends who have not been happy at their current Doctors. When I had been unable to see a Dr because no appointments were available, a GP has phoned me, without fail-and knowing how busy they must be, i was really impressed that they contacted me this way. Keep up the good work I say.

Have a chronic condition which means I use this surgery regularly, blood tests, reviews and ongoing ailments. Always found all staff very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Getting appointments via the phone is never usually a problem although wish the online system was more useable in that regard. Online prescription requests is a big step forward.
