Appointments
We offer appointments weekdays and two Saturday clinics per month. Click online here or telephone 01933 412666 to book an appointment.
Urgent problems are seen on the same day. Please note that if you request an urgent or emergency appointment you may be asked questions using our clinical triage system. This is to ensure that you receive the most appropriate response for your problem. In order for us not to have unused capacity during the day, children will need to be taken out of school for an urgent appointment.
If your condition is non-urgent, you can expect to see a GP as soon as possible, if you want to see a particular GP you may have to wait longer. The nurses in our practice can also treat patients for a wide range of common conditions.
We try to offer appointments up to 21 days ahead for GP appointments and 28 days for Nurse appointments.
- Please tell us immediately if your call is an emergency.
- Let us know if more than one person in the family needs to be seen. We will need to arrange separate appointments if necessary.
- Tell us if you want someone to accompany you during an examination or a private room to discuss any matters. Remember that the results of tests can only be given to the patient.
- You can book to have a telephone consultation with a doctor. He or she will ring you as available on the telephone number you have given.
Minor Illness
For minor illness you may be offered an appointment with a nurse.
These include but are not limited to:
- Unwell children
- Minor injuries
- Coughs
- Chest Infections
- Throat or Mouth Infections
- Ear infections
- Eye Infections

You can help us by...

Please note that if you consistently fail to attend appointments without cancelling them you will receive a warning letter. Should you still persist in failing to keep appointments the practice will have no alternative but to remove you from our list.
Text Reminder Service
To assist patients in remembering to keep their appointments we are able to offer a SMS text reminder service. The service will send you a reminder text message between 3 and 7 days prior to your appointment. If you wish to use this service please let us know your current mobile telephone number. You can opt out of this service at anytime should you so wish to. If you wish to register for this messaging service please fill out the consent form.
Please also note that all telephone calls are recorded to ensure service levels and for training purposes.
Chaperone Policy
If you would like to have a chaperone with you during your appointment please let the Doctor or Nurse know and one will be arranged for you.
